Professional Development
We offer a wide variety of workshops for families, youth-serving professionals, and young people.
Kayla, Seattle, WA
Dr. Gibson was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and supportive in our sessions. She went above and beyond to support my needs and I highly recommend her services. If you are thinking about working with her, wait no longer! She is highly skilled and filling a necessary gap in education.
Celeste, Miami, FL
Talking to Rachael was so easy, and loving. She gave me so many ideas, key information, books to read, that generated the spontaneous space for my 12 year old son and I to have a meaningful, honest and natural conversation about sex. I believe this conversation set a standard in all the challenging conversations we need to have with our children today. To create a better, more open world, where we can communicate with flow and ease. I thank you Rachael from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. G gave me the knowledge and courage to talk to my teenager about LGBTQ+ stuff. As a straight parent, I was nervous that they would have questions I couldn’t answer, and I felt embarrassed talking about sex. Her guidance gave me the confidence and ability to talk in an open and honest way and our relationship has grown.
