Launching January 2025, the Miami Beach Menopause Collective (MBC) is building a community of experts to support people experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

What does the AB stand for?

AB stands for Abantu Bahle, which means ‘people are beautiful’ in isiXhosa (one of the 11 national languages of South Africa).
